Company Scope:
This SOP outlines the recruitment stages managed by our sourcing agency.We operate as a front-end recruitment partner for licensed manpower companies in Nepal. Our responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interview preparation, selection coordination, medical facilitation, and documentation handover.

1. Job Brief Intake from Client

Receive detailed job requirement documents from the client.
Confirm job titles, vacancy numbers, qualifications, experience, salary, benefits, and work location.
Record preferred timelines and interview modality (in-person/virtual).

2. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

Advertise vacancies using:
Social media (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp groups) Regional agents and sourcing partners Posters, local media, or SMS campaigns
Activate internal database and referrals

3. Candidate Registration & Document Collection

Register each applicant in the internal system/database.
Collect and verify:
Citizenship copy
Valid passport or proof of application
